Two young tourists somehow avoided serious injury after their hire car became teetered on a stone wall above a rocky hillside on Friday.

Dramatic pictures capture the motor dangling over the wall in Killarney in Co. Kerry, Ireland. Witnesses said the car would have plunged down the ravine if the front bumper hadn’t hit a rock.

Both tourists, understood to be from Korea, miraculously managed to get out of the Renault Fluence unharmed, reports Irish Mirror .

The driver of the automatic car reportedly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake and the vehicle surged forwards and slid over the low wall.

Danny O’Sullivan, a taxi driver who witnessed the accident, rushed to the couple’s aid.
